I am an ex-careers advisor, aged 58, interested in Alternative Therapies, and preventative health care. Since the age of 11, I have regulary owned and ridden my own horses; due to falling off far more times than I can remember, I have lower back degeneration. I am thankful that having regular Bowen maintenance treatments enables me to continue riding and competing.
In the past, having been unable to ride, drive or walk without limping due to sciatica, I tried Chiropractic, Cranio-Sacral, Acupuncture and Shiatsu. However it was Bowen that finally cleared the sciatica completely. I was so impressed, that I decided to train in Bowen.
